New Handson System Launch January 27th - System Availability During Cut-over; Available Training
The new Handson system will launch on January 27th, 2026 - just three weeks away!
The upgraded Handson system will provide enhanced functionality and improved user experience for managing faculty appointments, financial commitments, and recruitment processes. Training sessions are available to help you prepare for this transition and learn the enhanced features of the updated system.
System Availability and Cut-over Timeline
- Wednesday January 21st at 5:00 PM: The legacy Handson system will become unavailable and will remain offline for several days to support data migration to the new system.
- Tuesday January 27th: The new Handson system will become available.
Please note: A small population of test users will be granted early access to help us ensure system functionality.

All available training sessions can be found on the Handson Support Page.
We strongly encourage all Handson users to attend training sessions to familiarize themselves with the new system.

For ongoing support and detailed guidance, the H&S Dean’s Office will be posting a Handson user manual on the Handson Support Page before go-live.
What You Need to Do
- Plan for the Handson system to be offline from January 21st at 5:00 PM through January 27th
