Eunice provides business and functional analysis in support of HandSOn, a key administrative application that automates critical processes, including finance and faculty management within the Dean’s Office.
Working closely with customers across the Dean’s Office functional departments, Eunice helps to identify business needs and elicit, analyze and document user requirements.
She is also responsible for generating use cases, test scripts, coordinating and leading application testing and training, and liaison technical solutions as the key individual involved in the intersection between business user needs and technical delivery.
