Liam Hanninen
Senior Software Developer and Architect
Liam is a Senior Software Developer and Architect on the Application Services team. He's responsible for building new and maintaining existing applications in the H&S IT ecosystem. He's also responsible for establishing development standards and architectural patterns that enable flexible and resilient technical growth. He works with stakeholders and project managers to evaluate software limitations, bugs, new features and new projects.
Prior to coming to Stanford, Liam worked as a senior developer with large, corporate applications squashing bugs and building software. Before that he got a masters degree in Business Analytics from Robert Morris University and a Bachelors in Criminology and Psychology from Marquette University. Outside of work Liam enjoys taking his two daughters to the park and to Chipotle, making his amazing wife laugh, and tinkering on garden equipment that keeps breaking down.
