Sal Mancuso

Sal Mancuso is a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Stanford University’s School of Humanities and Sciences. Sal is responsible for spearheading transformative business intelligence, data engineering, and analysis projects.

With over a decade of experience at Stanford University, Sal has held key roles as a Research Data Engineer at the School of Medicine and a Senior Data Engineer on the Data, Analytics, and Research Computing (DARC) team at the Graduate School of Business. In these positions, he designed sophisticated data visualizations, developed predictive models, and oversaw large-scale data ETL processes while maintaining the highest data privacy and compliance standards.

Before his tenure at Stanford, Sal worked for companies such as TiVo, Apple Computer, and Sun Microsystems. Outside of work, Sal can be found leading scouts on outdoor adventures; riding his motorcycle; hiking with his wife, kids, and dog; fishing; or barbecuing.
